Description of the bug: I can upload file already uploaded (Same DID)

Detailed Steps to Reproduce:

I uploaded a file 3 times in a row

Hey @nrs.andrew,
This is the intended behaviour, when the user uploads the same file, they are not reuploaded and instead return the same DID.
Did you want to allow duplicate file uploads or do have thoughts on where you might find duplication useful?

No, I didn’t. I thought it’s a bug but now, I understand it works how. Thank you for answering for me
