Closing this as a duplicate of I can't share file although I uploaded file success
In both issues the upload first fails while “retrying to fetch tx hash”. Will track the discussion there.

I think you should have a new version for your SDK. We discussed it in this topic: My file upload successfully but onSuccess method wasn't executed - #7 by arcana

@nrs.andrew Yes, we will be releasing a new version of our SDKs shortly. We’ve made a lot of updates + added new features which will be made available as a part of our beta release.

In the mean time you can still try the work around described in My file upload successfully but onSuccess method wasn't executed - #7 by arcana so that you are no longer blocked. You have to prepend 0x to the keys.
